Kingfisher products are made as orders come in and shipped upon completion in about 2 weeks.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover via our secure online store.
Many people think that it's safer to phone in credit card orders but this is not actually true. Mail order companies (including us) enter transaction details via their own website for processing, email notifications, shipping label generation etc. Moreover, if you enter your cc information yourself on a secure server (like ours), no one ever sees the actual account information which is guaranteed secure by the processor and visa/mastercard. Also, shipping details entered by you means that there is much less chance of error than when re-typed. Despite all of that, if you ever have any questions, give us a call at 802 295 9908. Shipping options:
Option (1) United States (Lower 48 states) Ground
Price is based on weight but capped at $16. You will receive an email notification with tracking number. If you specify a PO Box for shipping, we will ship your order via US postal service. We prefer that you give us a street address for shipping bokken, jo and larger items so that we can ship via fedex ground. Losses and missing packages claims take months to resolve with the US post office whereas a fedex claim is quite fast.
Option (2) United States (Lower 48 states) Driver required to obtain signature
Price is based on weight but capped at $18. Driver required to obtain signature. This is necessary if there is any likelihood of theft or mishandling upon arrival.
Option (3) Hawaii and Alaska
Price based on weight but capped at $22. Your package will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
Option (4) Canada
Price based on weight but capped at $34. Your package will be shipped via United States Priority Mail into the Canadian Postal System. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information.
Option (5) International (listed countries see below)
Price is based on weight but capped at $45.00 for orders more than 4 lb.
Packages shipped via US Air Parcel Post .
Tracking numbers will be sent via email.
Note: If your country is not listed below, choose this option and proceed with your order but expect an email informing you of additional shipping charges. If there are extra charges, will not process your order or charge your card without your approval.
Note: International shipping rates reflect the following special services to expedite your order: Kingfisher assesses the lowest possible value to save on your import duties, we use custom carton sizes to accomodate international shipping documents, we use custom software to create product declarations and, we physically bring the package to the US postal service office for international dispatch.
